Monster Naming Competition
Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
The competition is run by Plus Group and its associated companies.
- Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of Plus Group and its associated companies are permitted to enter and may be eligible to win.
- How to enter
To enter, participants must submit a suggested name for the monster by either:- emailing their entry to hello@plusgroup.org, or
- commenting their suggested name on the relevant Plus Group LinkedIn post.
- Competition period
The competition opens on Tuesday 3rd February and closes on Sunday 8th February.
Entries received after this time will not be valid.
- Winner selection
The winning entry will be chosen by the Plus Group management team.
The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winner announcement
The winner will be announced on Monday 9th February.
- Prize
The prize is one £250 Amazon voucher.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Intellectual property rights
By entering the competition, entrants agree that Plus Group will own all rights to any submitted name, including all intellectual property and usage rights. Plus Group may use the submitted name for branding, marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes without further permission or compensation.
- Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree that Plus Group may announce the winner and use the winning entry, including the winner’s name, on its website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
- Data protection
Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with Plus Group’s privacy policy.
- General
Plus Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
