Our story

It started in a wine bar in Liverpool in 2013.

Mark Lamb had just launched Plus Marketing & Client Servicing, and Scott Daniels was working as a Paraplanner inside a well-known advice firm.

They both saw what every adviser was feeling, too much time lost to admin and chasing, not enough time with clients.

So they decided to change that.

Twenty minutes and one JD & Coke later, Plus Partner Services was born.

From one client to hundreds of firms

A week later, we signed our first adviser.

One became two, two became ten, and by the end of our first year, a small team was taking work off advisers' plates - starting with Paraplanning and growing into full-service Admin and Client Servicing.

We moved into a Liverpool office, and over the years our team grew to more than 100 people, supporting advisers across the country.

Then Covid came.

Instead of waiting for normal to return, we went fully remote and that decision stuck - giving us the flexibility to hire the best talent anywhere and support advisers everywhere.

Since we started

12 years on and we have supported over 2,000 financial advisers across the UK, Middle East & Asia.

We've completed 100,000+ reports, handled thousands of cases, and built systems that keep advice firms running smoothly.

Our services include Paraplanning, Admin, Client Servicing, Cashflow Modelling, and LOA Chasing - all designed to give advisers their time back.

Building better tools

As we grew, we built smarter ways to work.

Fluid, our case-tracking platform, now has over 1,000 users monitoring live progress on every case.

And Halio, our content creation and scheduling tool, helps more than 250 advisers show up consistently on LinkedIn.

Provider LookUp, our provider contact database - now has over 1,500 subscribers who use it daily to find the right servicing contacts in seconds.

Each one was built to solve a real problem we've seen advisers and their teams face - so they can spend less time managing and more time advising.

Our future

We believe the future of advice isn't about replacing people with technology.

It's about building tools that make people better at what they do. That's why we're developing a new generation of AI-powered tools designed to complement, not compete with, the humans behind every great advice firm.

Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of roles including Administrator, Office Manager, Paraplanner, and Financial Adviser. This range of experience gives me a strong, practical understanding of what each role requires and how they fit together. As a result, I’m well placed to support advisers and businesses in achieving the best possible outcomes.

Likes
I am animal mad and my husband is very happy we have never won the lottery otherwise we'd have our own pet rescue set up somewhere! I love decoupaging, mudlarking and researching my family tree.


Dislikes
I am very much a country mouse and am really not keen on cities so avoid them if I can. Given the fact I have almost been knocked over in Paris, Amsterdam and London, I think it is probably for the best.

I joined Plus Group as an Apprentice in 2014 and am now head of the Chasing Team. I undertake a variety of duties, including making sure daily tasks are allocated across the team, and stepping in when any of the team need any help, guidance, or if they just want a chat! I live in Liverpool with my girlfriend Kerry.

Likes
I enjoy baking and watching sports. I also have an obsession with Food Network on Sky, and like to pick up tips on how to become a better home cook!
