The challenge

As the practice grew, the pressure of provider chasing, case sense-checking and operational oversight increased. The risk was not just time spent, but confidence. Knowing whether cases were set up correctly first time and whether progress was actively being driven became critical.

Our approach

Plus Group took full ownership of the operational workload. From provider chasing through to readiness of cases, the team sense-checked cases before submission, and provided clear, educational feedback to strengthen future CFRs and client conversations. Tools such as FLUID and Provider Lookup gave visibility without creating additional admin.

The outcome

The service delivered reassurance and consistency. Around 90% of cases were suitable first time, provider chasing was handled end to end, and the practice gained clarity on what good looks like. The ongoing feedback improved adviser confidence, strengthened credibility, and supported better outcomes across pension transfers and ISA replacements.
