As part of our Client Servicing & Admin team, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and their teams day to day - helping manage tasks, keep cases progressing, and ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience.

Experience working in a UK financial advice business in an administration or client servicing role is required. Alongside this, we value a proactive approach, reliability, and a genuine desire to deliver great work for our clients.
Yes, we are a fully remote company. We do require you to be UK-based, but it doesn’t matter where in the UK you’re located. We’ve built clear processes, strong communication, and secure systems so everyone can collaborate effectively from anywhere, with full support from your manager and colleagues.
It can get busy at times, especially during peak periods, but it’s not a high-pressure environment. Our systems, structure, and teamwork keep things organised and manageable. You’ll always have support around you, clear priorities, and the tools to do your job well.
