Meet an Employed Paraplanner
Erin Fidler
Want to find out first-hand what it's like to work in our Paraplanning Team? Meet the lovely Erin, one of our employed Paraplanners and find out what she has to say about working for Plus Group.
Why choose Plus Group
Flexible Working
We know you have a life outside of work, we do too and we know it’s not always the easiest to find that balance, so we like to help as much as we can.
Provided our Advisers are happy and you can meet our turnaround times and service level agreements, we’re happy for you to work in a way which suits you and will support you with this.
A number of our self-employed team members don’t work to conventional hours and, as long as this works for the Advisers they work with, then that’s fine by us.
Although our employed team members do generally stick to standard working hours, we are happy to help you work around your commitments. If you need to work a little differently to the norm, we’d be happy to discuss this with you.
Why choose Plus Group
Work Remotely
The Advisers we work with are located throughout the UK and so are we. We’ve been working this way for some time and think it works great. It means we can focus on finding the best people regardless of whether you live in Birmingham, Liverpool, Cardiff or Edinburgh.
Work from your home, your office in the garden, a co-working space or even your holiday home. As long as you have everything you need to carry out your role to the high standard the Partnership have come to expect from Plus Group, we don’t mind where you do this from.
Why choose Plus Group
SJP Focused Training and Support
As you’re an SJP experienced Paraplanner, we know you already know what your doing, but it always takes a little while to get the hang of working with a new company.
This is why we have our training team on hand to show you the ropes and help with any questions you might have.
You’ll also be in good company. We have circa 40 Paraplanners in the team and not only do we think they’re the best at what they do, they’re also a really friendly bunch and always more than happy to help each other out.
Why choose Plus Group
Reliability and Freedom
We have more and more Practices requesting our support and have no shortage of cases available. This means you have more freedom to choose your case types and volumes.
Working with Plus, you’ll also benefit from our own Chasing Team, who can help you with your Admin, so you can focus on the technical stuff.
Why choose Plus Group
What is typically involved in being a Plus Group Paraplanner?
