About the service
Data Cleanse and Client Engagement Support exclusively for SJP Practices
Having up to date and accurate client data is key to the successful running of your SJP Practice. Our experienced team have designed comprehensive packages to suit all needs and these can also be tailored to your specific requirements.
This service will ensure you are meeting the requirements of St. James’s Place and the FCA and also help you maximise your Practice Quality Score. Furthermore, it helps to keep your clients happy and may also result in new business opportunities.

Our Prices and Packages
Cost: £5 per client
Base Package
Set-up:
- Arrange access to your Salesforce and My Practice accounts
- Run a report showing missing data for the information you want, as agreed
- Work with you to ensure only clients you want contacting are contacted
Data cleanse
- Add notes to Salesforce against the client record
- Ensure deceased or gone away clients are noted as such to not contact them
Client contact
- Call your clients (up to 3 times) to gather the missing data
- Pass on meeting requests or book the client in your diary if we have access
- If unable to speak to any of your clients, writing out to them, collating and updating any responses
Updating of records
- Merging any duplicate records to ensure data is clean and accurate
- All communication tracked via Salesforce, showing your ongoing commitment to servicing, and ensuring your data is in the best shape to maximise your PQS
Cost: £7 per client
ISA Package
Includes everything in the Base Package plus:
- Run a further report highlighting clients yet to maximise their current ISA allowance
- Work with you to highlight any clients you do not want contacting
- Call the client up to 3 times and if unable to speak to them writing out to them
Pass on details of any clients that wish to utilise their allowance, provide the link to top up or book them in to your diary if we have access
Cost: £7 per client
Review Package
Includes everything in the Base Package plus:
- Highlight any clients with missing review dates, next review dates or review frequency
- For clients without a review date, we can assign one on your behalf
- We can call the client to arrange a review or will write out to any clients with no telephone number
- Update Salesforce with details of contact made, create the advice cycle and log the meeting. (For a separate fee, our team are also able to complete the review letter)
