- Liaising with Admin Centre for progress until issued
- Calling Ceding schemes to check on timescales/progress when transfers are involved
Investments (ISAs/UTs/Bonds):
- Illustrations for new ISAs (including new funds & transfers in)
- Illustrations for top ups to existing ISAs each tax year
- Illustrations for new Unit Trusts and Unit Trust Feeders
- Illustrations for new Bonds and top ups to existing
- Processing of EBS for new and additional funds, and transfers
- Attach all documents to Advice Set
- Liaising with Admin Centre for progress until issued
- Calling providers to check on timescales/progress when transfers are involved
Protection:
- Provision of comparison reports for personal and business protection
- Calls to providers to get Pre Sales Underwriting information before proceeding
- Illustrations for personal and business protection
- Calls to clients to go through application when completed interactively
- Completion of paper application
- Confirmation of decision to Partner
- Attach all documents to Advice Set
- Calls to providers to check on progress of applications
- Calls to GPs to chase GP reports where necessary
Mortgages:
- Application of Decision in Principle
- Completion of application
- Uploading of all supporting documents to provider website
- Calls to providers to check any outstanding documents required & chase through to offer
- Liaising with clients to ensure all documents required are received, and update on progress
- Calls to Solicitors to chase through to completion
- Illustration of Mortgage on iBusiness/Salesforce when Offer received
- Attach all documents to Advice Set
EIS/VCTs:
- Pre population of paper applications
- Sending of paper applications to providers with payment
- Attaching all documents to Advice Set
Trusts:
- Processing of Trusts on iBusiness/Salesforce
- Attaching all documents to Advice Set
- Sending of all documentation to Admin Centre
General Admin:
- Meeting preparation – pre- population of forms where necessary, collating of all documents including illustrations, application forms, fund information sheets, Key Features & ID verification forms
- Transcribing of meeting notes from handwritten notes or audio files
- Updating CFRs
- Client Change of Address
- Recording of Marketing material clients’ receive
